How to clean plastic outdoor toys?
Hi, I have some plastic outdoor toys (ride/push toddler toys, swing, Little Tikes shopping cart, plastic chairs)...what's the best way to clean them, and does a preserver like Armor-All help? I live in sunny California, mild weather but lots of sunny days. Thank you!

I used to spray my kid's outdoor toys with bleach and then rinse off with the hose.
I usually clean that type of stuff with car wash soap or dish soap and water, and a white terry towel to scrub them down with. Works pretty good! If they are hard plastic, armor-all and the like won't help because it can't penetrate. Armor-all type things work better on slightly porous, flexible surfaces such as textured, softer-plastic dashboards or vinyl surfaces.
I'd just stick with soap and water, a good washcloth and a brush if necessary.

bleach then rinse off.........
well, the mr.clean magic eraser works very well. you just wet the sponge and it cleans everything off any texture. hope i helped!
When we had some that we wanted to pass along but they were too dirty to be acceptable we faced that issue. We took them onto the driveway, rinsed them with a hose, poured laundry detergent into a bucket of warm water, and then scrubbed them with a hand brush. After no dirt appeared to be left we rinsed them with the hose. It didn't take long and they passed very picky inspection by the germ-phobic mother we gave them to.
It was not rocket science and did not take long.

firstly brush off the dirt that is enmbedded in them. then scrub with a medium stiff brush using mild detergent such as dish soap &warm water ; or use a general purpose cleaner & warm water . rinse well & wipe them dry. visit www.how to clean anything.com. pl dont use bleach for any reason
Get some car wash soap or dish soap put it in a bucket with water put some old rags in the bucket, get the kids in swim suits, give them a rag and tell them that you're going to play car wash with there toys this way they are having fun and they are occupied and the toys are getting clean!
